About Kestrel
Looking for a job at a young company is mostly bookkeeping: hunting through careers pages, copying details into a spreadsheet, rewriting the same resume, wondering who to email. Kestrel exists to do that bookkeeping so you can spend your time on the part only you can do.
The name
A kestrel hovers in place, watching a field closely, and drops only when it has spotted something worth the effort. That is roughly how we think a search should feel: patient attention, then decisive action.
What we believe
- Fewer, better applications beat volume. We show you why a role matches before you spend an evening on it.
- You stay in charge of your name. Kestrel drafts; you decide. No email goes out without your approval, and every one is sent from your own address.
- Your inbox is not our product. We read application emails to keep your board current, and that is all. No ads, no selling data, no training AI models on your mail.
- Honest marketing. You won't find invented user counts or made-up quotes on this site. When we share numbers, they come straight from our database.
